Hardware FAQ

Device Won't Power On

  • Check whether the device is receiving power. The motherboard supports 10–24 V wide-voltage input. A 12 V / 3 A power adapter is recommended.

HDMI Display Shows No Output

  • Confirm the motherboard is booting normally by checking whether the power indicator is solid green. If the indicator is not properly lit, first troubleshoot the device power supply.
  • Connect the display to another known-working motherboard to verify whether the display itself is functioning.
  • Test with a different brand of HDMI display connected to this device to rule out no-signal issues caused by EDID or resolution compatibility problems.

Board Not Recognized

If the device is not recognized after connecting the USB cable, try replacing it with a known-good USB data cable. Some cables only support charging and have no data transfer capability.
