Display Usage

If you want to view the system desktop through a DP monitor, follow these steps to access Ubuntu.

Hardware Preparation

• Mainboard: Rhino Pi A1
• Power supply: DC12V 3A power adapter
• Input devices: USB Type-C to DP cable, USB mouse/keyboard
• Output device: DP monitor

Power On the Board

The board comes with Ubuntu 24.04 preinstalled. After connecting a 12V power adapter, the system starts automatically.

• During boot: the RGB green LED stays on and blinks.
• Boot completed: the RGB green LED stays on without blinking.

Connect Devices to the Monitor

• Connect the Rhino Pi A1 Type-C port to a USB Type-C to DP cable, and connect the DP end of the cable to the monitor DP port.
• Connect a mouse and keyboard to the Rhino Pi A1 USB ports.
• Move the mouse to see the Ubuntu login screen.
