- Core Compute Unit: A8625MY1 AI compute card (based on Qualcomm QCS8625 4nm chip, 60 TOPS INT8 NPU)
- Required Accessories: 12V/3A DC power supply or 65W Type-C PD adapter, PWM cooling fan, USB-A to USB-C debug cable, PCIe 2.5G FPC cable (recommended, replaces Ethernet cable and improves communication stability), Gigabit Ethernet cable (optional)
